Celebrating Cambridge Bloggers

A few months ago I made the decision to get back into the habit of blogging, I rebranded and redesigned, and although it's not always easy to find enough time to blog, the end feeling is so rewarding and enjoyable. Last week was the highlight of my blogging journey so far when I attended my first event for bloggers in the Cambridgeshire region, where I met so many other wonderful people who write about a range of topics - from travel to beauty, cooking and parenting.

Sometimes you can feel alone in the world of blogging when it's just you and your laptop, especially if you don't live in a big city, so this how I felt living in a fairly rural area where I thought maybe two or three other bloggers co-existed.

But how very wrong I was.

Just look at all these lovely other bloggers!

We were also joint by some passionate brands, some Cambridge based...

One of my favourite being the highly passionate Sniffy Wiffy. Admittedly, a brand that I had not heard of before. Deliciously scented home-made grooming products which teach their user how to self-examine themselves for any lumps or bumps which shouldn't be there. It's easily forgotten, but with the gently reminder it's something that can be done in just a few minutes whilst doing an everyday habit, which leaves you smelling great and feeling reassured.

Whilst some other well known brands snuck their way into the goody bags.

Although the real winner for me was the advertising from the ladies sharing their blogs.

The wonderful Pippa is the one to thank for all her hard work and organisation to put this event together, so this is just a quick message to say how thankful I am for her hosting this and bringing all of the Cambridge bloggers together!

I cannot urge you enough to get out there and find fellow bloggers near you if you're in need of a little encouragement or just to meet like-minded new people, or maybe you've thought or arranging a meet-up yourself?
