Review | Perricone MD Photo Plasma

Perricone MD Photo Plasma £54* | Perricone MD
I am a sucker for a new release, and last month was the launch of Perricone MD Photo Plasma*- the latest addition of moisturiser to the MD gang. It is a highly scientifically formulated moisturiser which states that it protects against the ten most common skin aggressors; the main ones being UVB and UVA damage, dehydration and pollution. The sun was in full swing when I first started using this, and with a SPF of 30 I quite happily rubbed it on my face.

The pink tone, the scent and the finish were all unexpected aspects of this moisturiser to me. It has an almost chemical smell, which is faint but noticeable, something that I can look over as being part of a product by a highly professional brand. Down to the texture- a thick but lightweight feel which absorbs easily and leaves the skin smooth and glowing... thanks to the Vitamin C Ester and Alpha Lipoic Acid.

Since i'm not exactly worried about getting wrinkles any time soon the anti-aging didn't specifically appeal to me, I'm hoping if I pay out the £54 for years to come then I shall be wrinkle free at the age of seventy. Fingers crossed. But with that said, the glowy skin, SPF and deep hydration have won me over for this being a high contender for the best moisturiser out there.

If you haven't of guessed it then I highly recommend this to anyone who's on the market for a new moisturiser. Trust me, it's worth the money. Dr Perricone MD has overly impressed me with this genius product, is there any other MD products I should try?
